Very friendly and caring staff
A bit expensive. But, you get what you pay for. These guys are great. They love taking care of your pets and are always available to update you on how they're doing. ...totally trust them. And these days, our dogs look forward to their stay.
The facility is very clean. They are very responsive to your animals needs. My dog stayed here when we had to go out of town for 3 days. We loved it so much we decided to enroll our german shepard in doggy day care.
I absolutely love Thundering Paws. My 3 fur babies have been staying there for several years now. The staff is wonderful and goes the extra mile when taking care of my babies. Thundering Paws is the only place we will leave them. We will drive out of our way just to board them there. I would definitely recommend Thundering Paws to anyone that needs reliable people to take care of their dogs. Asia has been there since we started leaving our dogs. We love her. She is always friendly and always has a smile. I know I don't have to worry about the care my babies are receiving. Thank you Thundering Paws
It has been my dream to spend the hot summer in the cool mountains of Ruidoso for years. This year, I finally achieved my goal (for one month, anyway) and brought one of my dogs with me. Unfortunately, she was not as excited about the trip as I was and would bark constantly when I left her in the condo alone. I found out about Thundering Paws & dropped her off for an afternoon and was thrilled! The facility is beautiful and the staff is awesome! I brought her back for several visits (even an overnighter) and felt completely comfortable and confident in doing so.
