WORSE UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE EVER. Ordered something off their working website, they charged and took my money within minutes of ordering. Then proceeded not to answer answer any communications. No emails, no phone calls, no nothing of letting us know anything about our order for 5 days after numerous reaching out through calls and emails. Five days later after an employee finally felt bad for us, told me the owners names Cathy and Mike and that they knew and she was baffled why they haven't called after reading my emails. ADMITTING she knew they read my emails and discussed it and she was just as surprise why they didn't respond to any of my emails and my billion calls. She was also baffled they weren't responding to their online orders and that Cathy was in charge of that part. Finally 5 days later at 12a I finally get an email from them one sentence, no apology not mention of what I've been through, just "call your credit card co and have them reverse the charge" YES, you read that right, there was no more to the several emails I sent requiring about my order or an apology in sight, nor any explanation of why they took my money, NOTHING. Worse experience ever! Run away from this horrible business. LESS THAN ZERO STARS

Kathy and ziascapes are the best
My experience was ok. I asked for advice and the sales man told me to buy a $200 light . I later found out from research that the light that I purchased isn't the right one that he said I needed.
